People complaining about not being able to work ticket machine

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4339995.

I work near here and many of my customers park here. All of them are complaining saying they do not understand how the machines work and are not sure if they logged their vehicles correctly/having issues paying etc. please may you check these machines or update the instructions on how to use them as nearly every customer has complained this week so must be effecting a lot of people.
