Parked outside property

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4338849.

Van is parked outside the property and elderly resident with limited mobility can't park outside her house. Goes to the doctors weekly and needs to be able to park outside her own property. Resident is applying for a disbaled badge. Please can we ask van to move. RA51KFX
