Unlit refuge

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Ref Report no 40201878, I was told on 6 February that this refuge, which had been unlit for more than three years had now received attention.. I regret to say that it is still unlit and is a continuing potential hazard. All obstructions in the carriageway must be lit during hours of darkness.
