Stadium Approach road near to Olympic Lodge

Although there are couple of ‘No Entry’ signs on both sides of the road to prevent traffic from the Stoke Mandeville Gym and Lodge to the Stadium approach drivers are not following this and rush passing through this road as apparently the signs are ‘not legally enforceable !’? The hospital goers are parking on both sides of the Stadium approach to avoid parking charges, making residents in this road unable to even drive through during rush hours. As you aware this road is getting busier day by day with the traffic to stoke Mandeville hospital, stadium, gym and the lodge. The residents here can understand why people are using this road as an easy access to these facilities, but we are extremely concerned about drivers using this road ignoring the ‘no entry’ sign in front of the Olympic lodge when they come out of the stadium. We would like to know what measures you are planning to take to stop this, it has come to a state that at times we are unable to drive out due to the chaos in this road. Day by day the stadium approach road is getting congested with unlawful parking from hospital goers..... is there anything you can do to address this?. The chaotic and aggressive parking has reached a state that people are parking on the curbs and the green areas between the road and houses. Please see attached photos took some time ago. please note the condition in front of my house, the whole place is covered with the waste dumped either from the parking cars or the hospital commuters. We request you to address this matter seriously and urgently, I will appreciate if you can take measures to ensure a pleasant and clean environment.
