Non-residents blocking road continuously

The industrial estate workers continually park in inappropriate places up and down Maypole Road and Fairview Road. They are parking wholly on corner pavements which blocks views when driving on the road and prevents any one with buggies or a wheelchair for getting past. We have had notices as residents about bin men being unable to get down the road, but it is not residents parking it is non-residents. Please can we get either permits or hour restrictions to prevent non-residents parking here all day. It makes the road a hazard to get in and out of .

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
