Flytipping on footpath alongside brittania trading estate

I have just spent an hour cleaning the footpath that runs between Dashwood Avenue and Copyground Lane of rubbish that included food, soiled nappies, general rubbish and children's clothes and footwear. It was disgusting! This footpath is an absolute tip. Either police it, or close it off. I have left the two dustbin sacks that I filled by the public bin at the top of the footpath. I would advise that these are collected promptly.
