Bin bags in stream

Someone has thrown a load of bin bags in the stream.

There are also loads of fast food bits on the side of the road.

There was also a bin bag on the pathway for a week but I've removed that one.

I think this street corner needs a bin. This happens regularly but this is only the second time I've reported this
