The vehicle is parking on the pavament which is blocking the footpath for pedestrians to cross from.

The vehicle obstructing the footpath, residents are unable to utilise the footpath which results in pedestrians walking on the road to get through. It is causing a serve inconvenience and hazard for mothers pushing prams and elderly people. It has been concerning the residents that live on Milner Road for a few weeks. Please identify why the vehicle is parking on the pavement and the driver should relocate to a more appropriate parking area.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
