For many years there has been people parking on the double yellow lines at the entrance of knights Templar way, it has got much worse in the last year. By around 3pm there is a row of cars completely blocking the road to exit KTP, which means everyone leaving drives on the wrong side and blocks anyone from entering. The only way to enter is to drive on the pavement which damages vehicles and puts a risk to the large number of children around. When you ask them to move their vehicle they are rude and hostile and completely refuse. They often block driveways and park on both side of the road which adds to the large level of congestion, and stops anyone with a larger vehicle from driving. The parking puts a risk of life due to the dangerous driving and also as it prevents any emergency vehicles from entering the road. If someone were to come to the road at 3pm or issue fines I believe the issue would subside as many of them state they’re allowed to park there because ‘everyone’ else does it and they can’t all get in trouble.
