Stairs coming down from the bridge towards masters house

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4239594.

The bridge and the stairs look dirty and does not seem to be cleaned properly.gums,cigarette buds etc are stuck to the floor . We feel that the council tax is not being used effectively. The are near the little stream is supposed to look really nice , it is very sad to see the area very untidy
