Now a very dangerous blind bend

Sent to Seer Green Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4168809.

A few minutes ago my car going up the land nearly collided with a van coming down the lane at this bend. He we near the middle and we both had to swerve. The hedging to the right hand side (going up) is now full grown and has reached the road edge with a 40 metre length. Silt build up up the opposite side now intrudes onto the road forcing vehicles to the middle.
