Overflowing Dog Bin - AGAIN

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4160596.

This bin is disgusting and never gets emptied!! It's only a few feet from a kids play area and there are dog bags all over the floor. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
