Hello,

There is a hedge by our house that I'm not sure if it is our responsibility to maintain or if the council can? The council cut the grass around the land it is on. It blocks the light into a window and grows over our fence into our garden. Please can you let me know if it is our responsibility or the councils and if it is the councils can it be cut right down please? Thanks,
