This is the street light on the corner of a cross road between a main road (prebendal avenue) and hamden roa causing a hazard when driving at night.
Reported via mobile in the Street light not working category anonymously at 22:29, Tuesday 3 January 2023
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4083252.
The street light has been completely out for a few days and is starting to become a driving hazard when people want to join onto prebendal avenue from hamden road. The lack of lighting makes it hard to see other vehicles and pedestrians.

The Street Lighting Team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 20 working days; however, due to the exceptionally high volume of reports currently being received, it may at present take longer than usual to complete this initial assessment.
Once the issue has been investigated, the team will order any necessary repair.

The street lighting is serious cause for concern and a real hazard. That has already been 2 car break-ins in the last two weeks under this particular light. The footpath is dangerous on both sides of the road because there is no lighting and it is pitch dark that we have to walk on the road because the football is a hazard without lighting. I would urge the council to treat this matter very seriously because it has been reported nearly 6 weeks ago and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
