Dear colleagues unfortunately I was witness to a constituent/resident visiting our town tripping over the unlevel pavement adjacent to the entrance of Cornwall Meadow shopping area it would be appreciated if this could be rectified before serious injury sadly occurs . This isn’t the first time that I have been aware of people falling over on level services in Buckingham town centre and I know that these matters have been reported unfortunately not every person reports every trip and fall Though I did this is a constituent sometime back in Weston Avenue why asking how she damaged her wrist she stated she tripped and broken it unfortunately she has not reported this and brought it to the local authorities attention. Hence why I am reporting this trip in the hope something positive will come for me by way of correcting the unlevel pavement at the raised curb edges from the paving slabs which clearly are causing A hazard . Which I witnessed as the lady so unfortunately fell over in front of me. I look forward to a positive response and estimated time of visit and repair. Your assistance in these matters is appreciated Kind regards Robin.Stuchbury@buckinghamshire.gov.uk Disclaimer I apologise for any grammar and spelling mistakes within this correspondence as I was educated by Buckinghamshire County Council at a time I did not recognise dyslexia anything I say with in my correspondence is clearly without prejudice
