Sign creating dangerous blind spot

Sign placed where it blocks view of approaching vehicles from car exiting Upton Rd and turning right . This junction is a notorious exit into the A418 and with this sign placed here it is extremely thoughtless and dangerous. It is also noticed that there are several of these signs that have appeared at other road junctions in Upton/Stone )others at Chiltern Ave and Portway Rd. Believed to be for use of overnight activities - Upton Road sign should be removed or laid flat during the day or preferably better sighted before accident occurs here!. Tried to phone 'emergency/dangerous' number for 30 mins - no answer!!!!
