Kerb stones flat to the road allowing water to flood the frontage of 2and 3 jubilee cottages on the A413 out side cottages

I have reported this problem for the 4th time. kerb stones are flat on the pathway outside the cottages of 2 and 3 allowing rain water to flow off the road flooding the frontage of the cottages of 2 and 3 rain water on the road is flowing from both directions in to our drive and down into the garden. because of the continued water flowing down the drive and also up to the front doors of 2 and 3 cottages and causing increasing damage to the structure of the properties with damp and contamnated water into garden pond causing death to gold fish and frogs.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
