Corner at end of Jesse's Lane

Sent to Long Crendon Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3987833.

Who is responsible for the laurel in the corner at the end of Jesse's Lane? It overhangs the bungalow and needs cutting back. Also the footway that runs along from the end of Jesse's Lane (to Peascroft) has a hedge along it - currently maintained/cut by residents - they are going to stop doing the footway side - should this be maintained by the council?
