Outside 39/41 Blind Lane. Many deep potholes in footway.

May I please draw to your attention the disgraceful and dangerous state of the footway outside 39/41 Blind Lane, SL8 5TN. Apart from the hazard to ourselves (both nearly 80) I saw an elderly lady pushing a baby in a stroller yesterday where one of the wheels fell into a pothole, having some difficulty to extract it. Luckily the baby remained in the stroller, but it could have been nasty!!!
It would be appreciated if you would please attend to this with appropriate despatch.
Thank you and regards
