HV11 RWJ. Van looks abandoned. Hasn't moved in over a year and no one has been near it. Stopping Hartwell End residents from parking in this bay which is meant to be for these residents use. Probably no M.O.T, road tax or insurance as hasn't moved in so long.

  • An officer will investigate the vehicle and if on inspection it is considered to be abandoned, a notice will be issued.
