Multiple vehicles parking on the footpath blocking the entire footpath and causing elderly people to walk in the middle of the road. Parking is reducing visibility for oncoming drivers. Cars are parked all along the double yellow lines.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
