Sainsburys car park marlow

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3677158.

The parking states charges are from 7am - 7pm but when parking past 7pm the machine still takes your money. It is not clear how you can display a parking ticket if you are parking there past 7pm without paying. I use this car park for work and park there on a Thursday after 5pm. When paying for parking and entering 2 hours it says the ticket is only valid until 7pm. Surely the ticket should expire at 7am the following day? I’ve also had cases when using RingGo that even when paying for parking after 7pm it happily charges you and takes the money. Again surely this should come up and say it is free from 7pm onwards? It all seems like a rip off!! The signs are not clear and neither is the ticket machine. This needs to be rectified and signange changing!
