50cm Pothole, with 2 further potholes within metres.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3668058.

This pothole has been here for the last 8 months, since I reported it last. To whom do I send the bill for my new tyres as they have unrepairable tears owing to driving into the pothole avoiding a tree branch in the road?
