Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

At 2.45pm on Monday July 4th travelling on the A4128 in the direction towards Naphill from High Wycombe, just beyond the entrance to Hughenden Manor, I witnessed the passenger in the grey transit style van throw from the window one plastic bottle and one can.
