A house on western drive put their bins in the road to reserve a space every day

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

They put their bins out to reserve a space every day. As soon as their car leaves the bins go back out. Today there are no spaces and we have had to park down another road. They continually block the road with bins
