We have had the following reported in to Marlow Town Council. Please can the waste be collected

"We have now had our cardboard and recyclable waste sitting in our front garden waiting to be collected for some weeks. It would seem to me some kind of explanation should have been given to the residents as to why this is the case. Also in view of this do we get a reduction in our tax?

Trying to get in touch by telephone or e-mail is a total waste of time and as a pensioner I find the whole thing frustrating and frankly deplorable."
