Dangerous pruning

These trees were pruned, unfortunately they left about 12” sticking up from the base of the tree, this is very dangerous for a small child if they tripped, they could be impaled on the spikes or lose an eye. Also there are some spikes about head height near where somewhere gets out if their car in the dark. Great you cut the overhanging trees but please do it properly and safely, thank you.
