This vehicle does not only regularly obstruct the footpath but the lay-by too! Addison Rd is very busy with large lorries frequently (all day) moving up and down it! No regard shown by owner regarding access by pedestrians and ones with pushchairs (like myself).

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
