Workers at traffic lights

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3531329.

I would like to complain about Road Workers, working on the road in long Crendon with no tops on. They were walking along the road this morning with high vis and naked chests. It is not really necessary to work with no top on - in fact from a safety point of view I would of thought some form of top would be useful. I think it’s highly unprofessional to have bare chests while working - it’s not a beach!
