Clothing strewn all over the road for over 6 months

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3498837.

This has been closed down on FMS, howver the clean up has not taken place. there is clothing debris all over the road, it is wet, slippy and dangerous and STILL requires removal
