Silver mercedes (HG64VAM) blocking drive

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3450633.

A silver Mercedes has been abandoned on Bishopstone Road, practically blocking the access to driveway for 40 and 40A Bishopstone Road. Both properties occupied by elderly and infirm who need frequent vehicular access. Car has been there since about 10.00 this morning (possibly overnight Sat to Sun). It has not been parked as there has been no attempt to pull into side of road. It is stopped in the main carriageway part of a narrow road. It has stopped about 15 yards from the junction of Bishopstone Road and Chiltern Avenue. It is a dpdander to other road users.
