Parking charge

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3396261.

Parking machine appeared not to accept my debit card and showed a message to say that a "void" ticket would be issued. This did not appear and I therefore went to another car park. I now find that I have been charged £1.60 and I want this to be refunded.
