Deep pot hole around drain cover

This pot hole/road surface damage is right on the corner of the drain cover and is quite deep. The traffic coming down Green End away from the church in particular, in the direction of the A413 hit the corner of the drain due to the depth, this is damaging tyres but is also causing a huge noise/impact bang every time a vehicle goes passed which is a an issue for property 33a and 20B. Our house (33a) shudders when larger vehicles hit this hole and there are more and more farm and construction vehicles passing 33a on a daily basis, often very early in the morning which is causing a sleep disturbance to the residents. Before long the drain itself will be damaged as a result too.
