Flooded storm drain outside 38 Wycombe Road flowing directly into 36 Wycombe Road

Reported via desktop in the Flooded subway category anonymously at 09:31, Mon 21 February 2022

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

We have had two extreme near-misses within 7 days with a severely overflowing storm drain. It would appear that the Council have previously undertaken work to mitigate this outside 38 Wycombe Road as the pathway has been raised outside the gate. The water is now directed straight into 36 Wycombe Road, and the exact same mitigation of raising the pavement line outside the front gate, which is outside the property boundary, is now urgently required.

I would hope that the Council will be able to find record and precedent of previous work carried out as outlined above to urgently advise?
