On the left hand bend as you down to the bottom. of church lane. Out side church cottage and rectory. cottage. There is an area. of a previous road repair which is failing and can give you quite a dip when going round the corner, as for cyclists I should think it’s fairly dangerous.

Descending down church lane and bearing left just before the public house, opposite church cottage . It collects gravel, debris and rainwater. It’s about 2metres square.

  • This was reported back in February and is still needing a repair, the dip in the road deepens and fills with debris which makes it an unstable surface on a very tight bend .

  • Hello, I see today you have repaired the road at the top of stone view, Oving and I wonder why this problem reported back in February is still outstanding. It’s getting worse and of a particular danger to cyclists as the go down church lane and maybe unaware of the poor surface. The dip has become deeper and tends to cause vehicles to be “thrown” as they hit the dip. Many thanks 😊
