Lay-by on right side as you come from Chesham, past Kings Lane

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3288727.

For the third morning in a row - 7.45am - the lay by has been blocked by a large number of parked lorries for HS2 and it has not been possible to enter the lay-by. This lay-by is used by us for a school bus pick up and the bus is not able to enter the lay-by nor is it safe for cars/children. We were led to believe that HS2 were not going to block lay-bys and this is causing a problem. I would be grateful if this could be investigated.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
