Plastic waste along verges

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3277160.

All along this road, on both sides there is huge amoys of litter. Mostly plastic sheets. It doesn't look like litter thrown from cars it looks like waste that has come from the lorries that drive along this road.
