Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Thames water have attended several times for reported water leaks, however there are no treatment chemicals in the water to idicate it is from a burst pipe. The stream of water rises and falls with rainfall. As HS2 is making a significant construction next door this may be caused by the water rising due to blockage of the aquifier.
