Roundabout direction sign 90 degrees out

See pic. Direction sign pushed out of alignment outside Oxygen hairdresser and opp station access road. This has happened before, and I suspect is being done by food vans (chicken one, pizza one or bratwurst one that no appear in evenings on pavement outside Oxygen hairdressers). Not only are they illegally mounting the kerb, but they they endangering motorists approaching the crossing and complex roundabout.
