A car has been dumped Reg RF55XXP a black Smart No tax since Jan 2021 no MOT Feb 2021 way is it out on the road?

    This Vehicle is STILL there Untaxed 17th January 2021 ( a year on the road no tax ) been in this location for months been clamped for 4 weeks , still there Mo MOT 12th February 2021 , and No insurance . The car wants collecting and crushing instead of leaving it on the road coursing a mess. this is a big problem in the local area , with a number of car dealers working from private houses, in near by roads. I would not get away with not paying my road tax
