I have reported this many time over the year, but it seems that nobody wants to care about it ,this house is being used as a hostel or a business and the rubbish is sat on the side of the road from the day the bins are empty to the following week it blocks my view getting out of my drive and it’s a dangerous and there are rats,if this is a business thy should have the correct bins, I put the bins down there drive and the staff that clean the rooms put them back blocking the pathway ,if you bother to come out and see this like you said you would last time can you please come this week before the bins are emptied on Tuesday because this is what happens and nobody takes notice of me and why you are Viewing the situation can you remind all the other people along Chapel Lane to Copperfield to put their bins down their drive because it’s so annoying that you can’t see to get out of your drive and it’s a disgusting mess ,I pick up the litter from the lay-by opposite, where people empty there cars throw their masks and bottles, so please make a effort to come and see it this week 😡
