Someone has dumped an old Boiler casing, Vax Vacuum and Dustbin, that is now half full of water behind 18 Ditchingham Close. This is in the alley between Ditchingham Close and Wallbridge Close. An elderly lady lives at this house and this is nothing to do with her.
