Car has been abandoned

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3160750.

The car has been parked / abandoned here for 3 weeks, it hasn't moved. DVLA reports NO TAX since 04/2021. Black Astra PK58 LFE. This is abandoned opp no.2 Shereway
