Cones used on public road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

This is now the third time I’ve reported this and will continue to report this every single time I see the cones being used for reserving a personal parking spot. The people at 55 Kirtle Road shouldn’t be doing this, this is a public road.
