At the recreational grounds at the back of 76 and 74 Carver Hill Road

At the back of the 76 Carver Hill Road, there is a dead tree that is blocking the garden exit to the recreational grounds. Also a large oak tree next to it has large branches overhanging the garden of 76 and 74 houses and there is a concern that of of the branches could snap and fall on kids or earldery lady who lives in 74. Would appreciate if you can arrange for one of the trees to be cut down and on the other one get the branches trimmed.
