Missed Pothole

I reported this pothole last week after another was repaired in Goodwins Mead and this one ignored. You replied saying that it was not identified on your survey on 18th Nov. Please see attached images. It is in the region of 5ft long by 1.5ft wide and 2” deep in places. How it was missed on 18th and why it was ignored last week amazes me. There are elderly residents in the street and the road is used for drop off at Cheddington School, therefore fixing this should be a priority before someone has an accident.
