Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There was an incident last weekend [ friday/sat.] at 3am o/s my property when a car ended up on it's roof ! - a recovery truck took away the car but left a heck of a lot of debris on the grass verge [ approx. 12m ] . my understanding of the rules/law is that any recovery personnel is required to take away ALL the detritus as part of their contract ? , could the 'council' clear this rubbish ASAP - regard's , John S Allen
