Primary access steps leading to no.13 oving road that fall outside of property boundary are in a poor state, the timber sleeper risers/nosings have rotted away and are very slippery when wet. A delivery driver slipped down them the other day and fell towards the road that lies just at the bottom of the steps. The handrail is not very sturdy and out of reach.
