Blocked drainage ditch the whole way between Penn Rd and Sandelswood End not repaired under reference 40173316

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The drainage ditch taking water from Penn Rd to Sandelswood End (near the bottom of Lower Drive) was previously reported as being blocked under ref 40173316 has not been cleared. The ditch, not part of my property at 1 Lower Drive HP9 2AD is blocked and water running from Penn road is flooding into my garden . Please could you send a surveyor to investigate / rectify the situation This situation has been ongoing for some months and is very bad in the winter
