General dumping ground

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There is an area behind my back fence that has become a general dumping ground for garden waste and soil. It's piling up against my fence and is rotting it.

I would be very grateful if all the waste could be removed as it is getting higher and higher.
